Your Glade Client Portal
Once a client books a consultation with your firm, they’ll receive an invitation to create and sign in to their Glade account. By logging into this portal, clients gain access to essential workflow tools and resources, streamlining their entire onboarding process.

Invitation Email and Next Steps
The client will receive an email with a link to set up their Glade account.
Clients should follow the button that says "click here to get started with your case", or copy and paste the hyperlink included into their browser.
Clients will be directed to sign in and create a password for their account, once they are in they will see any tasks assigned to them in order to start their case.
Completing the Intake Questionnaire
Form Requests: Upon signing in, clients will see any active form requests associated with their workflow, such as any retainers, or legal service agreements, disclosure forms, invoices, etc. associated with their case.
Questionnaire: For upcoming consultations, clients will fill out their intake questionnaire here, providing relevant case information ahead of their consultation with you to help get things moving.
Using Glade Chat and Discussion Panel
Access from Portal: Clients can use the Glade chat feature on the left side of their dashboard (message bubble icon), if they have questions about the process or need technical support. To the right of their dashboard, they will see the discussion panel. This is where they can speak directly with the attorney or paralegal working on their case, or Glade support. Simply "@" the person the message is intended for, and the recipient will be notified of the message.
Secure Communication: All messages remain confidential, ensuring a safe environment for clients to discuss administrative matters.
