How to Re-send a Retainer

If you need to re-send a retainer to a client, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Contacts

    • From the main menu, click on Contacts.

    • Use the search bar to locate the contact by name.

  2. Locate the Retainer

    • Click on Workflow and then select the case.

    • Inside the case, you’ll see the retainer task.

  3. Unassign and Reassign the Contact

    • Click Unassign next to the retainer task.

    • Immediately click Re-Assign to the same contact.

  4. Email Sent Automatically

    • Once re-assigned, the system will automatically trigger an email to the client with the associated task.
