How to Re-send a Retainer

If you need to re-send a retainer to a client, follow these steps:
Go to Contacts
From the main menu, click on Contacts.
Use the search bar to locate the contact by name.
Locate the Retainer
Click on Workflow and then select the case.
Inside the case, you’ll see the retainer task.
Unassign and Reassign the Contact
Click Unassign next to the retainer task.
Immediately click Re-Assign to the same contact.
Email Sent Automatically
Once re-assigned, the system will automatically trigger an email to the client with the associated task.
